As for me the location is particularly good and stunning, near a subway station. And it's on a quiet side street.

The room was kept clean and available with the balcony, washing machine and the bedroom. The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was varied. Its location in Budapest was marvellous and stunning, really close to the bus stops, public transport, underground/team & bus and several grocery shops/restaurants and the centre of BP.
As for me, the area was not very welcoming.

Really nice overall experience. Clean place, staff was exceptional. Neat and airy rooms, pleasant views of a very quite courtyard garden with 2 sides of a historical-sense resident building. Marvellous and magnificent location a super close walk to Erkel Theatre.

the hotel was fairly clean and had very kind staff in particular eric the manager. the breakfast served was varied and stunning with poached eggs and new york coffee. the location was marvellous, close to blaha lujza. i really enjoyed it, have never been in a better venue.
The bed in my room was very hard.

Really nice place for a long stay. Lovely and brilliant accommodation with kind staff at check-out. Great setting, right by the New York Cafe which is part of the Boscolo, the center of Budapest, and the main sightseeing like Parliament.
